My name is Pilar Contreras, and I am an illustrator and animator based in Bern, Switzerland.

I create illustrations for magazines, comics, and books, as well as artwork for prints such as cards, postcards, posters, and album covers, among others. If you’d like to explore my animation work, feel free to visit my Vimeo account here.

I hold a degree in Visual Communication Design from Javeriana University in Cali, Colombia, and a Master’s in Animation from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland, where I currently teach and mentor students.
